Regent Park, it’s time to vote for a Community Benefits package. Cast your vote by Friday, August 1, 2025 to help decide how $26.8 million will be invested in Regent Park.
In this vote, you’ll get to rank three Community Benefits Packages in the order you prefer. This way, even if your top choice doesn’t get selected, your other rankings will help determine the outcome.
Regent Park residents who are ages 14 and older can vote. Votes are anonymous and confidential. You can only vote once.
How to Vote
Review the packages.
Before you vote, take some time to review the three Community Benefits Packages. Each of the packages invest in the same areas, but the amount they invest in each area is different.
Visit an in-person vote event or voting location.
All voters must register and residents age 18 and over must show proof of address before you vote. Full eligibility requirements are listed below. Market residents can pre-register to help the voting process go faster. TCHC staff will be on-site at all voting locations to explain the packages, answer questions, and support any accessibility needs.
Rank your choices.
On your ballot, you will get to rank the three packages from one (your first choice) to three (your third choice).
The package that receives the highest overall ranking across the ballots and more than 50 percent of the votes will be the community’s preferred package.
This type of ranked voting means that every vote counts. Even if your top choice doesn’t get selected, your votes for second and third choice still make a difference.
