Right to Return
Toronto Community Housing is committed to a tenant’s Right to Return after revitalization work has been completed in their home community, subject to eligibility rules in the Relocation Agreement signed with TCHC. Phases 4 and 5 is the area south of Gerrard Street and north of Oak Street, east of Parliament Street and west of River Street.

Swansea Mews Integration into the Regent Park Revitalization
Toronto Community Housing has decided to end the Swansea Mews relocation. The remaining Swansea Mews households that are occupying units in Regent Park will be integrated into the Regent Park relocation process starting February 1st 2023. Read the FAQ – Swansea Mews Integration here.
